Deb's gourmet (award winning) pies, cupcakes, cakes, and cookies are all made from scratch with the finest, freshest ingredients available. Welcome to Deb's Cookies and Treats. We only use Land O Lakes Butter, full fat buttermilk, sea salt and fresh fruit, to name a few. We hand make our flaky crust. No fancy machines here! Made with a lot of love with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. No imitation ingredients, and no preservatives.
We are finding that our patrons are becoming more health conscious with eating gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, & refined sugar free. We have/and are expanding more in that direction. We are also baking for fellow blood typers. If there are certain flours or sweeteners you can have that are not in an item you see here, contact us so we can accomodate you. We are about 90% organic on our gluten free.
What we offer in our G/F goodies you will not find elsewhere. We make our own almond milk, our vanilla is free of corn, barley, & gluten as it is made from Ciroc vodka (which is made from grapes) & madagascar vanilla beans, we make our baking powder which is free from aluminum and corn, all of our nuts have been soaked & dehydrated, we use no cornstarch, no potato starch, & no xantham or guar gum. We've taken a lot of time with our recipes to make them delicious with the right amount of sweetness and to be made with no gums (that is no small feat). We use organic eggs & butter, pure stevia, homemade date paste or fruit sweeteners, glycerin, organic maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, & organic raw honey.

Our gourmet No Sugar Added pies are so good that you will never know they have no refined sugar added to them! We use granulated xylitol (from Birch trees), which is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol. Xylitol is naturally low glycemic as the body metabolizes it more slowly than sugar.
Pies and cakes are for local pick up and delivery. Free delivery within 10 miles.
